Rishma provides tax consulting, planning and tax compliance services to corporations, individuals and trusts on a wide variety of tax issues including corporate restructuring, international tax planning, estate planning, sale planning and succession planning.

Furthermore, she assists and advises clients who must deal with tax authorities when it is necessary to file a notice of objection, as well as during audit stages. Rishma primarily serves owner-managed business and high-net-worth individuals across a range of industries, including technology, construction and services, among others. She has been a tax practitioner for more than 16 years.

In September 2019, Rishma presented “Technical & Compliance: A Practical Approach to TOSI” at the CPA Ontario Practice Management and Tax Summit, followed by “TOSI A Practical Approach” at the Ontario Tax Conference in October 2019. She also writes tax articles for the firm.
