Mark has spent his career helping entrepreneurs and small businesses. He specializes in providing tax advisory, tax compliance and accounting services to private owner-managed businesses and their families.

He provides insight and guidance to his clients to help them organize their affairs in a tax-efficient manner, from the start-up phase to eventual sale or succession.

Mark also advises clients on estate planning, compensation strategies and assists with dispute resolution matters involving the Canada Revenue Agency.

When not working, he is passionate about NFL football and spending time with his young family.
