He serves individual and corporate clients in various sectors; particularly real estate, manufacturing, retail and professional services. Les has a substantial family office practice providing succession, will and estate planning and tax advisory services to high net worth individuals and families . His clients appreciate his direct, balanced approach to their personal and corporate account management.

Les has been instrumental to the firm’s growth and served as the firm’s managing partner until passing the baton in 2014. Les is a member of the firm’s management committee with a focus on our human resources strategy.
