Jillian joined GCSE (one of the predecessor firms to Segal GCSE LLP) as Controller in 2020, with a decade of experience working at various professional service firms. In her role, Jillian is responsible for the firm’s financial reporting, budgeting and day-to-day operations.

She develops and maintains internal controls, as well as streamlining internal accounting operations by implementing new policies and processes to improve efficiency.

Outside of work, Jillian is an avid theatergoer and a foodie, and she enjoys exploring new countries and cultures.
